A Day of 21 Day Fix Eating

I’ve gotten several people wanting to know what a typical day eating according to the 21 Day Fix meal plan would look like.

Here’s what I ate yesterday.

breakfast 21 day fix

Breakfast:
2 eggs (1 red container)
Kale (1 green container)
a Peach (1 purple container)
2 tsp of almond butter (2 tsp)

morning snack 21 day fix

Morning Snack:

Watermelon (1 purple container)

lunch 21 day fix

 

Lunch

Mega Salad!!
Kale, Lettuce, Tomato, Carrots, Asparagus (3 green containers)
Sweet Corn (1 yellow container)
Chicken breast (1 red container)
Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (1 orange container)

shakeology 21 day fix

Post workout:

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (1 red container)
Water
1 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Ice

afternoon snack

Afternoon Snack:

Dry Roasted Peanuts (1 blue container)

dinner 21 day fixDinner:

Hamburger (1 red container)
Kale with Corn (1 green container + 1 yellow container)
1 dollop of Salsa (borrowed from a purple container)

Frozen Strawberries (1 purple container – one strawberry to make up for the salsa at dinner)
Plain greek yogurt (1 red container)
1 tsp. Honey
Juice from 1/2 Lemon

So there you go! Tons of food – never really hungry – and totally do-able!

  1. Am sorry am kind off new to this concept but of the 21-day fix but am quite intrigue by it. I am a super busy mom of two, full- time nursing student. I used to be very active and used to workout once upon a time, lol. I do try to eat healthy as much as possible but staying in track is so hard. I feel very low in energy. I would definitely love to get back to my old self or at least close it that person.. just would like to feel energetic and healthy overall. Any advice on how to build endurance?

      Feeling like myself again was my BIGGEST motivation for getting back in shape. The 21 Day Fix is truly powerful program. I knew it when I went through it myself and over the past year I have coached almost 200 women through it and each and every time it proves to be the BEST program for busy moms who need something that WORKS!

      As far as building endurance I would recommend starting small. Do not underestimate the power of a 10, 15, 30 minute workout – when done CONSISTENTLY over time it will strengthen you!
