This is my favorite 21 Day Fix Approved Dessert and it requires NO YELLOWS!
For those of you on the 21 Day Fix, you know how precious the yellows are 🙂
I love, love, love ice cream…especially in the summer, so I was pretty happy when I tried this recipe and didn’t even feel like I was sacrificing one bit!
1 Purple container of frozen strawberries
.5 container of plain greek yogurt
The juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. honey
Add all these ingredients into a food processor and run until it is a smooth consistency. Enjoy immediately!

woo hoo I cant wait to try it!!
Hi, when you say .5 container of plain greek yogurt, what size is the container, how does the recipe portion out in terms of containers.
Dying to try the strawberry dessert but what size yogurt am I using to measure 1/2?
Sorry – it’s 1/2 a red container…are you doing the 21 Day Fix?
If not, I would say about 1/4 cup of greek yogurt.
We are doing 21 Day Fix. This sounds wonderful. Thanks.
Hi Vanessa, this recipe sounds great. I was just wondering. What container category does the honey count as? Or is pure honey a free food?
When it talks about coffee in the book it says a small amount of honey, or stevia is allowed, so if you don’t use it for coffee you can use it elsewhere…at least that’s my understanding!
I’m curious to know if this treat is still as good if I make a large batch and keep it frozen. Have you ever tried freezing it for later?
Shanice did you try this?
This was so good, but the honey froze! How do you keep it from freezing in a clump?
Krissy I would say drizzle the honey in as you are processing or stir into yogurt first.
Can you use a blender?
